Typically, such capital would be in the form of secured debt with warrants attached and a term of less than 12 months.  Depending on the circumstances of a given transaction, longer-term equity or quasi-equity investments may also be considered.  Our merchant banking services include bridge loans, growth capital, and acquisition financing.
