• Currently providing project development and project financing services for the proposed financing of a 50 MW hydroelectric project located in the Morona Santiago Province approximately 18Km NW of Macas City, Ecuador

• Investment Banking Advisory and Business Consulting Services provided to a major healthcare and hospitality service provider.

• Partnered with Cendant Corporation to form a development team and secured $10M in equity to franchise a Windgate Inn located in Oceanside, CA.  

• Consulting Services provided to a company furnishing alternative financing for self funded medical expense plans to small businesses and institutions. 

• Secured the flagship rights from the Cendant Corporation for the Prince William Resort, LLC, an all inclusive destination resort in Alaska.  Upon completion the project shall appraise out at $105M. 

• Provided Investment Banking Services and formed a strategic alliance with one of the largest private providers of outsourced receivables management to raise expansion capital.

• Investment Advisory and Business Consulting Services provided for a well re-drilling project in Hettinger County, North Dakota.
