Reliance Partners will, in certain cases, participate in transactions as a principal, where it would contribute capital directly in order to facilitate a transaction.  Typically, such capital would be in the form of secured debt with warrants attached and a term of less than 12 months.  Depending on the circumstances of a given transaction, longer-term equity or quasi-equity investments may also be considered.
